Honey Mustard Glazed Salmon
My go-to salmon recipe. Very small amount of prep and literally cooks in 10 minutes.
Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.
- 2
Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
- 3
Combine the honey and mustard in a small bowl and spread on the salmon fillets.
- 4
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil, lightly spray with cooking oil and place salmon on the foil.
- 5
Roast in oven for 10 minutes or until salmon flakes with a fork.
- 6
Serve with your choice of vegetables. Or with rice or couscous. Or a salad. Enjoy!

Salmon, what can I possibly say about this besides that it is so healthy to eat. Packed with Proteins, Vitamins, Minerals, healthy healthy healthy! My husband and I are really not big on eating fish, but he does enjoy eating fried or baked Sardines once in a while, and he is sipping a glass of Ouzo. Me, nope I don’t eat fried fish, and definitely not a Ouzo person, 😉 I stick to the Salmon, Shrimps, Tuna, Calamari, thinking if I left something out that I do eat. Nope, that’s about it. 🙂This is a great recipe if you love Salmon so easy and so delicious. Just add this tasty sauce and bake…great for quick lunch or dinner. You can also use this recipe in a lovely green salad. Let the Salmon cool completely then just separate into small pieces add into your salad and a bit of Olive Oil and it is ready to eat.I love salads and one thing I always do even if I am adding a Salad dressing, I always add a bit of Olive Oil into my salads.

Bought wild sockeye salmon from trader Joe's (honestly not the best quality, but acceptable) and want to give "honey glazed salmon" a try. So I googled and read several recipes to get some ideas and came up my own version. Trader Joe's only has skin-on fresh salmon so this recipe is for skin-on version and I have some hard time to remove the skin myself. If you have skinless salmon, then cook both sides for 3 minutes instead.
