Ingredients

  1. 1- भुट्टा
  2. 1-1/2चम्मच- कार्न फ्लोर
  3. 1/2चम्मच- लाल मिर्च पाउडर
  4. 1/2चम्मच- भुना जीरा पाउडर
  5. नमक स्वादानुसार
  6. 1चम्मच- निंबू का रस
  7. तलने के लिए तेल

Steps

  1. 1

    सबसे पहले भुट्टे के दानो को अलग कर ले और इन्हे पानी मे 3-4 मिनट तक उबाले। इसके बाद इसे पानी से अलग कर ले और छान ले।

  2. 2

    अब एक कटोरे में उबले हुए कार्न, थोड़ा सा नमक और कार्न फ्लोर डालकर अच्छे से मिलाए, लेकिन ध्यान रहे कि इसमे अलग से आटा ना दिख रहा हो अगर दिख रहा है तो इसमें 1/2 चम्मच पानी डाल सकते है।

    अब एक कढ़ाई में तेल गरम करने रखे जब तेल गरम हो जाए तो गैस को मध्यम कर दे और अब इसमे कार्न डालकर 2-3 मिनट धीमी आंच में तले और फिर 1-2 मिनट तेज आंच में।

    अब इन्हे एक प्लेट में निकाल ले और इसके ऊपर हल्का सा नमक, लाल मिर्च पाउडर,भुना जीरा पाउडर और निंबू का रस डालकर अच्छे से मिला ले।

    Crispy corn तैयार है इसे गरम गरम ही खाये और खिलाए।
