Mango badam kulfi..
A yummy cool kulfi
Steps

Take 1.25 litre milk in a pan, heat on a high flame and boiled it
After that keep boiling the milk at law flame till it reduces to 25% of total quantity remember keep stirring the milk.
Now make mango purée in mixer
At this point pour almonds, cashews,sugar, cardamom and pinch of saffron into milk.
And keep boiling for next 10-15 min.at low flame - 2
When the mixture comes at room temperature add mango puree and chopped mangoes in to it now it's ready to filling in the kulfi moulds and freeze for 8-10 hrs...
