Ingredients

  • Crust and topping:
  • 1 1/2 cupsall purpose flour
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 1/2 stickscold butter cubed
  • Filling:
  • 2eggs
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1/3 cupall purpose flour
  • 1/2 cupsour cream
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1 cancrushed pineapple (16ounces) drained

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9x13 casserole dish

  2. 2

    Add flour sugar salt and butter in a bowl beat until combined and crumbly remove I cup of this for later

  3. 3

    Take tensing mixture and firmly press in your baking dish covering the bottom of pan bake 15 minutes

  4. 4

    In a large bowl whisk eggs add sugar sour cream flour and salt...gently fold in drained pineapple

  5. 5

    When crust is ready remove from oven and spoon pineapple mixture...sprinkle with remaining topping bake for 1 hr or until top is lightly browned

  6. 6

    Cool for 15 min

  7. 7
