Ingredients

  • 1zuchinni sliced
  • 1-2 tbspbutter
  • 1 clovegarlic minced or 1 splash pureed garlic juice
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • to tastePaprika

Steps

  1. 1

    Add butter to non stick pan, add minced garlic and sliced zuchinni. Sautee on med-high heat.

  2. 2

    Sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika over zuchinni.

  3. 3

    Sautee until zuchinni has changed in color and is tender.
