Knead soft dough with maida,flour,oil & salt

In a pan heat oil add vegetables and paneer mix all well cook for 5 mins on med.flame

Now add peri peri powder,salt,ginger garlic paste and schezwan mix all well and cook for 3 mins.cover and keep aside

Now roll thin roti from kneaded dough cook both side

Now spread schezwan sauce or tomato ketchup on roti put some prepared stuffing and turn flaps to close

Now on hot tawa put some oil and shallow fry wraps
- 7
Serve hot with schezwan sauce and green chutney
