Custard Paneer Thandai

First soak dryfruits in water for 4-5hours and peel the skin and keep of badam.

Take a wok add milk and coom till it's little thick now in one side add in grinder little milk,paneer,sugar,rose petals and sugar grind to thick paste.

Now take liitle milk cold add custard powder of vanilla flavour and mix no lumps should be there.

Now add to milk keep stiring add the thick paste and keep stiring off the flame..

Keep in refrigerator to cool and serve with dryfruits and enjoy..
