Dry roast whole spices until aromat. Allow to cool. Grind coarsely

Grind cashews and tomatoes to form smooth puree

Heat oil in a pan, add hing, crushed ginger chilli and tomato puree

Saute until oil start leaving the sides

Add spice powders and ground spice masala. Mix well for few seconds

Lower heat, add besan, curd and salt

Mix well and cook for a minute

Add paneer cubes and gently mix. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes

Add kasuri methi, coriander leaves and mix well

Serve hot with roti or naan
