Wash and soak chana dal and urad dal overnight

In morning strain the water and grind the dals coarsely along with poha

Now add curd to the mixture and let it ferment for 10-12 hours

Now add ginger chilli paste, salt to the mixture.

Place the steamer on gas and steam the water for 10 minutes

Meanwhile grease the plate.

Now take little mixture at a time, add eno, mix it gently and pour it in greased plate.

Sprinkle some chaat masala on the top

Let it steam for 20 minutes, put the knife in centre if it comes out clean means your locho is ready.

Serve garma garam locho with oil, butter or cheese.
