Take paneer and potatoes mix some salt and chilli powder and cornflour. Mash well

Make small roundels of this mixture

In a mixture grind the garlic ginger green chillies coriander leaves tomato onion amcashews and keep aside

Heat a tava and dry roast the cinnamon pepper cloves and cardamom. When cooled grind them too

In a pan heat oil

Fry the paneer balls till golden.

When all the koftas are fried keep aside

In the oil Add jeera and hing

Next add bay leaf

Add the prepared wet green masala

Add remaining turmeric powder salt and chilli powder. Keep cooking till oil separates

Add the paneer masala and grounded masala

Add required amount of water and bring to a boil

Simmer for few more minutes.Add cream and let it blend in the gravy. Adjust seasoning

Add the koftas and switch off heat

Serve with rotis or pulao
