Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1/2 cupmashed cottage paneer
  3. 1/4 cupspinach purée
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  6. 2 tspOil
  7. Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    First mashed and smooth paneer add spinach purée and other ingredients

  2. 2

    Make a smooth tight dough

  3. 3

    Roll all pooris evenly and fry in hot oil by pressing little all sides.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with pickle or tomato ketchup
