Ingredients

  • 1 lbground beef
  • Halfbag of egg noodles (sometimes I sub in shells instead)
  • 1 canpetite diced tomatoes
  • 1 cancorn, drained
  • 3 tbschili powder
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • to tasteCheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    Boil noodles in pot

  3. 3

    Brown ground beef

  4. 4

    Add salt, pepper, tomatoes, and chili powder to beef

  5. 5

    Bring mixture to boil

  6. 6

    In a casserole dish, pour corn onto bottom then layer noodles and beef with cheese (end with beef on top)

  7. 7

    Bake at 350 until cheese is melted—about 10 minutes. (optional cheese layer on top halfway through baking)
