Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgmilk
  • 1/2 bowlmix dry fruits (grinder)
  • 2 tbspSamak rice
  • 1 tsprose essence
  • 1 tsprose syrup
  • 4 tbspsugar
  • 2 tsppista
  • 1 tspsilver balls

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak samak rice for 10 minutes.

  2. 2

    Boil the milk add samak rice, grinded dry fruits and mix well.

  3. 3

    Boil till soft the rice.

  4. 4

    Add sugar and essence.

  5. 5

    Take a boil. Keep it cool.

  6. 6

    Garnish with pista,Rose syrup and silver balls serve chilled.
