  • 1brinjal sliced
  • 1cucumber sliced
  • 1/2onion cut into rings
  • 1/2tomato sliced
  • To tastesalt and black pepper
  • As neededgreen chillies

  1. 1

    Marinate the brinjal slices well adding salt, turmeric powder and sugar

  2. 2

    Heat oil and fry the brinjals

  3. 3

    Arrange it on a serving dish along with cucumber Onions and tomato slices

  4. 4

    Sprinkle pepper powder and salt and serve
