Mix butter, cream cheese, squeeze lemon juice and the vanilla extract in a mixer.

While mixing to low speed add the powdered sugar gradually to the mixture. Mix until well blended.

You can now add this to any bread as frosting to cinnamon rolls and alike. Enjoy!
