Mix all wet ingredients (milk, eggs, and butter), then add the dry ingredients (sugar, yeast and salt) add the bread flour and mix until the dough forms. Let rise in a large bowl covered in plastic wrap or cloth for 30 minutes or until the size doubles.

On a separate bowl mix the brown sugar and cinnamon powder until well combined.

Roll the dough in a square like thin shape.

Spread the sugar-cinnamon mixture on the dough leaving half to an inch space on the edges. Optionally, you may add small amounts of butter on the dough.

Carefully roll the dough tightly.

Portion to desired cut then bake in a 200°C oven, after 10 minutes pour the heavy cream on top of the rolls then cook for another 30 minutes.
