Store bought noodles can be avoided for Kids and we can still make them feel they are eating noodles by making with chapathi.
Steps

Thinly slice cabbage by rolling each leaf and cutting it

Thinly slice carrot too

Cut onion and chillies into thin slices
- 4
Make omelette with the egg by just adding salt and pepper
- 5
Roll chapathi and cut into thin slices. Similarly slice rolled omelette too.

Heat oil in a pan and add onion and chill slices first. Let onion change colour

Now add cabbage and carrot slices

Add salt and mix well. Let it sautee for 2 - 3mins

Add soya sauce and vinegar. Mix well

Now add chapathi and omelette noodles. Mix well. Add Chinese seasoning and mix well. Take off the stove.

Sprinkle roasted sesame for extra crunch and serve with tomato sauce.
