Ingredients

3 servings
  • 3whole chicken thighs, parted into 6 pieces
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garlic salt or 1 clove garlic
  • 1large onion, diced
  • 2 cupsPureed tomatoes
  • Roughly 1/4 cup soya sauce
  • Water
  • as neededCooking oil
  • Wooden logs or coals
  • 1large disk for cooking

Steps

  1. 1

    Salt in chicken thighs

    Dice onions

  3. 3

    Add just enough oil to disk to make it oily, add diced onions and seasoned chicken.

    When chicken is nice and brown on both sides add soya sauce, pureed tomatoes and enough water to make the sauce thin enough. Simmer.

  5. 5

    Serve with rice and tortillas
