Apple Kheer
Steps

Boil milk and reduce it to half.

Then add baking soda and apple into it and cook it until it becomes little thick.

Add sugar and cardmom powder into it and cook it for 3-4 minutes.

Add almonds, pistachios, cashew nuts and raisins into it and switch off the flame.

Your apple kheer is ready to serve.
