Steps

Remove peels and grate apples

Heat pan and put grated apples in it and fry

Add sugar and cardamom powder and cover it

Cook it till apples become soft and dry nicely

Boil milk till it remains half like rabri

Now put cooked apple in it and mix well

Cook it fr 4-5 mints then add chopped dry fruits in it

Mix well,then put it in freeze fr 1hr,then serve it wth your favourite Icecream
