Boil the gizzard with onion,spicy spice and onion.

Cut a big Onion into 4 halves,keep aside.

Heat up vegetable oil and put the big chunks of onion then drained the stock front the boiled Gizzard and put in the hot vegetable oil to fry.

Stir after few minutes for the frying to be even.
