Egg spinach bonda

Steps

First scoop out the egg yolks from eggs and keep aside.

Now heat a pan with 1tbsp of oil.... add cumin seeds...and chopped spinach..Stir until water evaporates...Then add egg yolks..Mix..Well and add salt,black pepper powder..and grated cheese...Mix well and switch the flame off.

Meanwhile prepare the batter...Add all ingredients of batter in a bowl and make a little thick batter using water.

Fill the spinach mixture in the eggs.

Now dip filled eggs in the batter and fry till golden brown.

Serve hot with any type of sause.
