Vanilla pastries with beet root powder

Preheat oven at 180c.Grease 8 inch round pan with butter and flour.

Sift all dry ingredients like flour, salt,baking powder, beetroot powder. Keep aside.

Take eggs in bowl, add vanilla & sugar.Beat eggs mixture until light and fluffy

Mix all dry ingredients into wet ingredients with cut& fold method

Pour batter into prepared pan. Tap on counter &bake for 30-35minutes

Cool cake for 2hours & cut it three layers.then iced the cake with whipped cream &cut into six or pieces & garnish with sprinkles

Put in fridge for 1 -2 hours & chill pastries are ready to eat

Don't over beat the mixture when dry ingredients add wet ingredients.
