Ingredients

4 baskets
  1. 1big potato
  2. 1 cupboiled chickpeas
  3. 1 cupchopped(cucumber, onion,mint leaves,and tomato)
  4. As neededoil for frying
  5. 1 tbspcornfour
  6. 1/2spoon black salt
  7. 1/2spoon red chilli powder
  8. 1spoon chaat masala
  9. 1 Lemon fir lemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    For making baskets first peel, grate and wash the potato.

  2. 2

    Put the grated potato in chilled water for 10 minutes

  3. 3

    Drain and spread it on a towel so as to make them dry

  4. 4

    After 10 mins add cornflour to it.

  5. 5

    Spread these strands of potato in a metal strainer and press it with the help of another strainer. Fry these baskets on medium hot oil

  6. 6

    Make the filling by mixing chickpeas, veggies, masalas, and lemon juice

  7. 7

    Fill the baskets while serving only or they may become soggy.
