Soak sabudana for 1hr in enough water then drain and keep aside

Shred carrot and beetroot using grater and squeeze out excess water

In bowl combine all the ingredients except oil

If u think that your kebab mixture is not firm,u can add one or two slices of bread to bind well

Now oil ur palms and use ice cream stick or kulfi stick to roll out kebabs

Set a grill pan on medium flame and add some oil

Now grill the kebabs from both the sides for 4-5mins or untill marks appear

Serve hot with a dip of ur choice

U can adjust spice according to ur taste
