In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds.

Add crushed garlic cloves and crushed green chillies. Saute for sometimes.

Add chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped carrot and cabbage.

Add salt and saute well. Don't over cook. Keep vegetables crunchy.

Add black pepper powder, chilli flakes and mix well.

Stuffing is ready. Transfer to a bowl and let it cool down.

Knead soft dough of wheat flour, salt, oil and enough water.

Cover and rest for 15 minutes.

Mix tomato sauce and mayonnaise and make spread.

Make balls from dough, coat with flour and roll out rotis.

Roast rotis kachcha pakka on both sides on tawa.

Take a roti, apply prepared spread over it.

Spread stuffing in the centre and fold both sides of roti and cover it.

Cook both sides with oil or butter.

Enjoy with tomato sauce.
