After every meal, my ladoo needs something sweet. That is like too much of sugar every time he peaks a muffin or a chocolate. So I thought of making ladoo, for my ladoo. Something that is sugar-free and still sweet. Made these no-bake protein balls. These are completely gluten-free energy balls. Because the ingredients of these energy balls does not call for any dairy/animal product, you can call them vegan energy balls.

  2. 50 gmAlmonds
  3. 50 gmCashew
  4. 25 gmRoasted Flax Seeds
  5. 25 gmWalnuts
  6. 25 gmPistachio

    In a jar take all the nuts except dates and grind them.

    Now take dates in jar and grind the dates.

  3. 3

    Mix crushed dates and powdered nuts well.

  4. 4

    In case you feel the mixture is tough to bind then you can add 1 tsp of honey to it.

    Now prepare small size balls from the prepared mixture.

    I got 20 protein balls with this measurement.
