First of all prepare the mustard masala paste by grinding mustard,ginger,green chilli and garlic to a fine paste.

Heat a pan and add 2tbsp oil and punchfutan and red chilli to it.

When they crackle add the chopped onion.

When the onion is translucent add chopped tomato and cook for 2-3min in medium flame.

Then add mushrooms along with salt and turmeric powder. Mix it properly.

After 2min add mustard paste and cover it for 10-12min.

While it becomes dry switch off the flame by adding 1tbsp of mustard oil for nice aroma.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve when it comes to a normal temperature with rice.
