Take a round shape brinjal

Scoop the pulp of the brinjal keep aside,

Now take a tall pan add water with salt boil when it softens add brinjal in to the pan rest for two minutes then remove from the water remove the water from the brinjal with the help of a kitchen towel

Now take another pan add oil add brinjal pulp,add paneer add tomato puree,add salt,add chilli flakes,add Kashmiri red chilli powder add oregano,add lime juice mix well when it becomes thickens add to the bowl

Now take brinjal add fried baigan pulp in the whole of the brinjal add egg which is broken last spread cheese now keep it in Micro oven230 c for ten minutes

Now delicious stuffed brinjal is ready
