Pre heat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8 inch square pan with non stick spray. In a large sauce pan melt 1/2 cup butter, remove from heat and stir in sugar, egg a vanilla and almond extract. Beat 1/3 cup cocoa, 1/2 flour, salt and baking powder. Bake for 25 to 30 min.

Frosting:
Combine 3 Tbs butter, 3 Tbs cocoa, 1 tbs honey, vanilla and almond extract, 1 cup powdered sugar. Frost while warm.
