Ingredients

45 mins
6 servings
  1. 1-2 lbsfresh brussel sprouts
  2. Sea salt or kosher
  3. Fresh ground black pepper
  4. Olive oil
  5. 4-6 stripsraw bacon (at least)
  6. optional: vidalia or purple onion

Steps

45 mins
  1. 1

    Rinse and cut sprouts in half.

  2. 2

    Dice onions and raw bacon.

  3. 3

    Preheat oven to 400°F

  4. 4

    Place on cooking sheet, greased and toss all ingredients

    Bake at 400F for at least 45 minutes checking, and with a spatula folding as they cook.
