Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprice
  2. 2 cupwater
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 2green chilli
  5. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  6. 1/2 tspcumin,mustard,methi seeds
  7. 1/2 tspTurmeric and kashmiri mirch
  8. 1/2 tsp chana dal
  9. 2 tspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all make a tomato puri with chilli.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pressure cooker add tadka cumin,mustard,methi seeds and chana dal.

  3. 3

    Add ginger garlic paste.

  4. 4

    Add all masala fry it few seconds.

  5. 5

    Add tomato puri and rice.

  6. 6

    Fry it for few second add salt and water and cover the lid of cooker and cook 2 whistle in a medium flame.
