For maida tortilla(roti)- take a bowl add 1/2 tsp of baking powder,11/2 cup maida, ice cold water for kneading (mix all ingredients add enough water same as you can take for normal roti dough) rest it for 20 min

Roll tortilla then make maida roti on pan or tawa same as you make normal roti

Paneer cutlet-take one bowl add 2 tbsp maida,salt to taste 1 tsp cornflour,black pepper and cold water mix all ingredients well after that add paneer on it then madd bread crumbs and deep fry the cutlet

Take one tortilla add mayonnaise, ketchup, lettuce or ice berg, tomato, onion and last add paneer cutlet add some more mayonnaise roll the wrap and grill it in griller or normal sandwich maker serve hot
