Ingredients

  1. 1 tablespoonBitter gourd/ karela peels
  2. 5Urad papad
  3. 1/2 cupBesan/ gram flour
  4. 1Finely chopped onion
  5. 1Finely chopped green chilli
  6. 1/2 teaspoonDry mango powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoonSalt
  9. 1 tablespoonMaida
  10. For fryingOil
  11. 1 tbspTomato sauce

    Sprinkle salt on karela peels and leave it for 2 mins.

  2. 2

    After 2 mins wash the karela peels with water and squeeze the water from peels.

  3. 3

    Now take a bowl and add karela peels, besan, salt, green chilli, onion, red chilli, amchoor powder to it and mix all well. Make shape of ka babs and fry them in hot oil.

    Make paste with maida and water.

  5. 5

    Now heat a tawa and roast papad on heated tawa and spread some tomato sauce on papad and place one kabab on side of papad and roll papad immediately. Roll all papad like this and paste some maida paste on the open edge of papad and press it to seal the edge.

  6. 6

    Again heat oil on high flame and fry all these papad rolls in oil and serve hot with tomato sauce
