Ingredients

  1. 500 gmsokra/lady' finger
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. as neededRed chilli
  4. 1 tbspCoriander powder
  5. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  6. 1 pinchAsofoetida
  7. 1/2 tspCarom seeds
  8. 1 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash Okra keep aside

  2. 2

    Wipe them with a cotton cloth

  3. 3

    Cut in rounds

  4. 4

    Take a pan add oil,heat it,put carom seeds and asofoetida cut okaras add along with spices.stir it and cover it

  5. 5

    Now cook for 10 minutes or till get soft

  6. 6

    Serve with roti
