Boil green peas and fresh maize with water above them.for 40mins.when cooked drain the extra water

Cut onion,put in a hot pan the cooking oil and add the cut onions.cook untill golden brown.

Add potatoes and salt and stir simmer for 2mins

Add chopped tomatoes cover with lid for 3mins

Add githeri and 1 cup of water to cook the potatoes,wait for 10mins.switch off the fire and cut dhania(coriander) springle on top and cover.

Serve with ovacado.and enjoy.
