Mix besan and buttermilk with blender

Then add salt and ginger chilli paste and mix well

Keep this mixture in pressure cooker and cover the mixture vessle in cooker and then cover the lid of cooker

Do 6 whistle or according to ur cooker

After 6 whistle remove from cooker and mix very well if better is nt done then do 2-3 more whistle

Then spread the mixture on platform or on back side of thali

Spread it propetly nt too thin nt too thick.

After cooling cut into strips and roll each strips to make khandvi roll

Then do tadka with tadka ingredients and sprinkle on khandvi.
