Mix both flour and salt and knead a tight dough

Keep it cover for half an hour

Meanwhile make tomato puree

Divide the dough into three portion

Take one portion and roll it in a thin roti dust it with dry flour and fold it and cut it into thin strips

Sprinkle more flour on the strips so that they do not stick

Boil Water in a pot and add one spoon oil and little bit salt.. Transfer this strips in boiling water and let it cook for five minutes

After that strain all the water and put some cold water it stop cooking

Heat oil in wok add onion and saute it than add capsicum and tomato puree and let it simmer than add boiled noodles and sauce and mix it

Add Salt and mix it and serve it while hot
