Mix all the ingredients of wrap to make a batter With adding a little water at a time. Make a pouring consistency batter

Mix chat masala and garam masala and 1/2 tsp salt in paneer and keep aside.

Heat a pan or tawa. Brush with little oil and pour the flour batter and spread it evenly to make a pancake. After 2 minutes cook it from other side also. Pour some oil on the edges to roast it. Cook it till it gets brown on both the sides. Now put paneer mixture in middle of the wrap or pancake and wrap it from both the sides to make a crispy wrap.

Cut this wrap in small pieces and serve with tomato sauce. Or you can wrap it in foil and take away it on the run
