Steps

Coat the meat with salt and black pepper

Prepare the butter nut and boil them till soft

In a sauce pan fry the meat with blue band till brown on both sides

If it isn't drained, add little amount of blue band and garlic until done.Add also the rosemary.

In another saucepan, fry the beans with blue band

Blend the butter but with some whipping cream

In a plate,smear the butter nut purée

Cut the meat into small pieces and place on the purée
- 9
Place the beans on the other side,garnish with dania and enjoy
