Steps

First roast the baingan and peel it mashed well

Heat oil in a wok add cumin seeded when splutters add green chilli and onion and saute it

When change in colour add garlic and chopped tomatoes and saute till leave the oil

Now add spices and roasted it

Add roast and mashed baingan and mix well

Cook on low flaim for 10 minutes

Serve with paratha
