Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  • 1 cupall purpose flour
  • 1/2 cupsuji
  • 1 handfulkaju kishmish
  • 1 cupmilk
  • To tastesugar
  • As neededghee and oil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Dry roast the semolina

  2. 2

    Add ghee roast it a while

  3. 3

    Add milk and nuts mix

  4. 4

    Add sugar mix well and remove into bowl

  5. 5

    Knead a soft dough with flour salt sugar oil and water

  6. 6

    Take small portion of the dough and roll into round shape with a rolling pin

  7. 7

    Fry the poori and serve with halwa
