Ingredients

  1. 1ribeye steak (8oz)
  2. 1 teaspoonsalt
  3. 1/2 teaspoonpepper

Cooking Instructions

    IMPORTANT SERVING INFO: For best eating, wrap the steak in tin foil and leave to rest for 10 minutes after cooking. This allows the meat to relax and juices to release.

    Rub the steak in salt and pepper

  3. 3

    Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a frying pan or skillet and heat. Once the pan is smoking, add your steak and fry for 2 minutes on each side.

    Take the steak out of the pan and place on a tray. Continue to cook in an oven at 130C for 30 mins.
