Heat oil and temper five spices and green chillies

Add Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add spinach chopped mix and saute

Cover and cook stirring occasionally

As water evaporates and the veggies get soft remove cover

Fry on high heat adding sugar
- 7
Serve it with rice
