Steps

Take a bowl and add besan, suji, onion, tomato, chopped vegetables, coriander leaves, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder to it. Mix them all and make a smooth batter with water.

Now heat a pan and put oil in it, add curry leaves, green chillies, red chillies, mustard seed and curry leaves, saute for few seconds. Now add eno fruit salt to batter and mix well. Pour all the better in this pan and tap slightly from sides so as to make it smooth on it's surface. Cover with a lid and keep your flame medium. Leave it for 15 mins. After 15 mins check with a knife, if knife comes out clear, it means your kadahi dhokla is ready.

After 15 mins switch off your flame and replace your kadahi dhokla from kadahi to a plate. You will se the sharp brown colour of dhokla.

This dhokla is crispy from from all the sides and bottom but soft from inner side and upper surface.

Enjoy your kadahi dhokla with tomato sauce and dhaniya chahti.
