Heat kadahi put ghee add besan roast it til turns to change colour and fragrance..(sondhi.khoosboo)

Now add boil milk stir continuously in one direction.till it becomes thick.

Add elaichi powder and sugar mix.and switch off the flame.

Now add chopped nuts if u want.

Tip...

Stir in one direction for avoiding lumps.
