Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupbesan
  • 1/2 cuprice flour
  • 1 tspredchillipd
  • 1/4 tspturmeric
  • 1/4 tspajwain
  • 1 tbshot oil
  • Pinchcooking soda
  • Oil for frying
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take all the dry ingredients and add 1tbs hot oil.

    Make a dough with warm water.

    Give 10-15 mins rest.

  4. 4

    Fill the mould and press ribbons into medium heat oil

    Fryfrom both sides till golden brown.

  6. 6

    Take it out on tissue paper

    Store into airtight box.
