Steps

In mixing bowl mix all ingredients except oil, potatoes, corn flour

Add water and make batter, cover and keep fr 10 min

Keep pan to heat add besan batter and cook till it becomes dough type constancy

Keep straining continue, remove in mixing bowl

Add mashed potatoes, corn flour and mix nicely

Grease a tray or plate and set mixture in it and keep in fridge fr 10 min, now bring tray and cut into pieces and deep fry them till golden brown colour

Remove and serve hot with chutney or sauce
