4 Smartpoints on Weight Watchers

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  2. 1/4 cupbrown sugar
  3. 1/4 cupwater
  4. 4 clovesgarlic, minced
  5. 1onion, chopped
  6. 1/2 tbspfresh ginger, grated
  7. 1 tsppepper
  8. 1 tsporegano
  9. 1/4 tspred pepper flakes
  10. 1/4 tspcayenne pepper
  11. 1/4 tsppaprika
  12. 1 lbchicken, cut to bite size pieces

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients, mix well before adding chicken.
    .

    Marinate for 1 hour - overnight

  3. 3

    Saute chicken in sauce over medium heat until cooked through. If you prefer a thicker sauce, mix 1 tbsp evaporated milk with 1 tbsp cornstarch. Add to chicken mixture while heating, cook and stir until thick and bubbly.

All of the descriptions on my recipes include the new "Smartpoints" value on Weight Watchers for each serving. Some are duplicates from others that I found online, with modifications to reduce the number of points or remove/substitute ingredients my husband and/or I don't like.I'm still new to the kitchen and cooking for two (normally I make recipes for 4 and pack the leftovers for lunch the next day) and am looking to learn more. I tried it last night. Very good! Too much ginger though. I will make again and put less in and also add some veggies. Thanks for this recipe and all your recipes!
