Ingredients

  • 250 gSugar
  • 1 packagevanilla sugar (10g)
  • 300 gFlour
  • 1 packagebaking soda (15-20g)
  • 4 Tbspcocoa powder
  • 100 mlOil
  • 300 mlWater (with fizz)

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 175° Celcius

  2. 2

    Combine the dry ingredients. Add oil and water and whisk until you get a smooth dough.

  3. 3

    The dough is enough for 12 cupcakes or 12 cupcakes and a small cake

  4. 4

    Bake for around 15 minutes. Of course a cake takes longer.
